Housekeeper Role

A warm & welcoming family of 5 in Ham, Richmond looking for a professional and experienced housekeeper with a passion for creating a clean, comfortable & organised home.

The candidate will need to be detail orientated and take initiative within the role before tasks are asked of them. They will need to be efficient with their time management with a proactive attitude as the family are a busy household, sometimes a little chaotic!

They have three girls aged 7, 5 & 6 months & hope to find someone who can seamlessly integrate into their family dynamic and help maintain the household for the foreseeable future.

General housekeeping duties include.

- Cleaning the house

- Vacuuming & mopping

- Laundry (Knowledge of material)

- Silverware cleaning

- Changing the beds + towels

- Weekly shop

- Organisation of the house

- Knowledge of products

- Dealing with tradespeople / running errands

- Deep cleaning whilst the family are away.

- Ideally, the family would like someone who can work the odd Saturday to help with hosting (they would be given notice)

- Dealing with dry cleaning

- Ironing (clothing & bedding)

- Replenish bathroom supplies, making sure all bulbs are working.

- Maintenance of machines (Keeping on top of filters etc)

- Basic garden maintenance i.e., sweeping of leaves.

- Basic kitchen meal prep

- Organization of the kids’ school bags + preparation for the next day.

- Clearing up after dinner

Essential

- DBS or willing to obtain.

- Previous experience working with/around children.

Hours:

- Monday to Friday

- 2-8pm

Start date

ASAP but family willing to wait for the right candidate.
